Each Partner Centre has its own dedicated profile page on Courtsite. You can find all that you need to know about the centre on this page!

To view a centre’s profile page, simply click View on the centre card.

You can check if the centre is available without having to call the centre!

Follow the steps below :

1. Go to the profile of the centre that you want to book.

2. Click Availability.

3. Choose the sports category and the date that you want to check.

1. You can find the centre layout by clicking View button on the centre card.

2. Simply click on Venue Layout to view the layout of the centre.

Yes, you need an account to make your booking.

Sign up today for your free account. You can even choose to sign up for a Courtsite account using either Facebook or Google social logins.

Booking for your favourite sports can be a truly seamless experience – just follow the quick steps below: 

1. Sign up for a free Courtsite Account.

2. Explore our partner centres and search for your preferred centre.

3. Select your preferred date, time, duration and resource(s) for your session.

4. Confirm that your booking details are correct and pay for your booking online.

5. Once your booking is successful, you will receive an email from us confirming your booking in your Courtsite registered email account.

Yes, it is possible! Now you can select and make multiple choices of date, time, and courts in one single checkout. Please do take note that this is subject to the centre’s booking window limit.

Just show up for your session and start playing!

If you’re not receiving your booking confirmation email, here’s what you can do:

1. Refresh your email inbox as there can be delays in receiving emails sometimes.

2. Check your email’s spam or Promotions (for Gmail) folders. If you found the email in these folders, mark them as “not spam” to make sure you receive future emails in your inbox.

3. Check if your booking is appearing on the Upcoming Bookings section of your Bookings page – all confirmed bookings will appear on your Bookings page.

If you still need help after doing the steps above or don’t see your booking on your Bookings page, click here to contact our Customer Service Team.

1. Click on your My Booking page.

2. Click on View More of the booking you like to see details of your booking, including the date and time and the court no. that you’ve booked for.

You can reschedule your booking by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your Courtsite account and visit your Upcoming page.

2. Find the booking that you want to reschedule, and click View More.

3. Under Booking management, you will see Reschedule Booking.

If it’s in blue, you may proceed to reschedule:

If it‘s in grey, it means that you're not allowed to reschedule it.

Reasons why you can’t reschedule:

1. The centre doesn’t allow rescheduling (please refer to individual centre policy).

2. The centre doesn’t allow self-service rescheduling.

3. The center’s policy requires advance notice for any booking changes.

If the centre‘s policy allows rescheduling and your request is still within the grace period but can’t self-service reschedule, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance by quoting your Booking ID.

You can extend any of your upcoming bookings with these steps:

1. Log in to your Courtsite account and visit homepage of Courtsite.

2. Your upcoming bookings will appear on your Home page. Click on the Extend My Session
button of the booking that you like to extend.

3. Select the duration you’d like to extend for.

4. Proceed to payment to complete the extension of your booking.

Sorry, we currently do not allow for any refunds or cancellations of bookings.

You may, however, contact us to request for your booking to be modified by quoting your Booking ID. Do note that we can only postpone bookings if it is requested with at least two days advance notice or subject to the center's policy.

1. Click on Upcoming page.

2. Click on the Booking Details button to open up the booking that you want to share with your friends.

3. Press the Share Booking button and you’ll be able to share the booking details with your friends!
