I received a Payment Failed email from the payment gateway but also a Booking Confirmation from Courtsite. Is my booking confirmed or failed?
The Payment Failed email may be a temporary issue, but as long as you have received a booking confirmation from Courtsite, your booking is confirmed. If you would like to verify further, please contact us for further assistance.
I’ve made the payment and would like to change the billing name on the invoice.
Unfortunately, we cannot revise the billing name on the invoice once the payment has been made.
